Ring designed by alumna Anne Holman

Fine Arts alumna and adjunct faculty Anne Holman (CCAD 2002) has a busy winter schedule full of exhibitions and art sales.

Holman's jewelry is included in the Columbus Museum of Art’s Trade-O-Mat exhibition through Jan. 6.

The exhibition features a constantly changing showcase of local artists' work. Museum visitors can fill out a card listing what they would trade for an item in the show (think other artwork, recipes, lawn mowing services, etc.). When the artist's work is switched out of the show, the artist collects the requests and gets in touch with a selected trader.

Holman will also be participating in the Buyers Market of American Craft, Feb. 16–18 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. This is a wholesale show exclusively for merchandise made in America. It is designed to help artists expand and establish their studio businesses, build their brands, and grow as entrepreneurs.

Holman recently participated in the 12th annual One of a Kind Show and Sale Chicago®, Dec. 6–9 at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. This was her third time participating in the Chicago event that showcases the work of more than 600 U.S. artists.
