Send to KindleWearing condoms is always fashionable, especially when those condoms are stitiched into garments by 12 CCAD students and then worn as part of a fabulous fundraising event to benefit Planned Parenthood of Central Ohio.
October kicked off with the second-annual Condom Couture event, which featured a runway show of garments constructed from Planned Parenthood’s “Proper Attire”-brand condoms that were modeled by local community leaders.
Richard Aschenbrand, dean of Visual Communications, was one of three judges who rated the runway creations. The top three students received cash scholarships.
