Two CCAD alumnae have films accepted into the 2010 Animation Block Party, a New York City-based event dedicated to exhibiting the world’s best independent, professional and student animation.
Short films by Barbara Benas and Kartika Mediani, both 2010 graduates majoring in Animation, will be shown on the second and third days of the festival at BAMcinématek in Brooklyn.
Always Only Ever by Benas will be shown Saturday, July 31 at 4:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. as part of Program Two, which will showcase exceptional student films, professional content and narrative shorts. More information is available on the artist’s blog at http://www.tubbirdbelty.com/
