Time Magazine cover by CF Payne
An illustration by C. F. Payne, chair of Illustration at Columbus College of Art & Design, is on the cover of Time Magazine‘s issue for the week of August 2, 2010. Payne has illustrated several Time Magazine covers, including the portrait of President Barack Obama featured on the innaugaration issue in 2009. In addition to Time, Payne has illustrated for magazines such as Readers Digest, Sports Illustrated, The New York Times Book Review and Sunday Magazine, MAD Magazine, der Spiegel, U.S. News and World Report, The Atlantic Monthly, Texas Monthly, Boys Life and more.
