Kind of Blue, which features original works by artists and friends associated with Fresh A.I.R. (Artists In Recovery) Gallery, opens Thursday, Nov. 11 at the main branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. An opening reception is from 5-7 p.m.
Kyle Boganwright, a sophomore majoring in Illustration, has art work in the show, which takes place in the library’s Carnegie Gallery, 96 S. Grant St., in the Discovery District of Columbus.

The Fresh A.I.R. Gallery is a project of Southeast, Inc., Recovery & Mental Healthcare Services. It exhibits the works of individuals affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders to break down stigmas by bringing focus to the artistic vision.
