Alumnus Works on Award-Winning TV Series

Dinosaur featured on the television series “Terra Nova”

David Breaux (CCAD 1994) is a senior animator on the FOX television series Terra Nova produced by Steven Spielberg.

The Illustration alumnus works on animated creatures featured on the science fiction television series that follows a family as they travel 85 million years into the past. Breaux is a character animator and has worked on well-known films such as Tron: Legacy, Iron Man 2, Night at the Museum, and Thor.

The show recently won a Visual Effects Society (VES) award for Outstanding Visual Effects in a Broadcast Series. VES awards recognize outstanding visual effects artistry in 23 categories of film, animation, television, commercials, special venues, and video games.
