Painting by Gail Potocki in the "Femme Fatale" exhibition

CCAD alumna Nicole Bruckman (CCAD 2000) is a co-curator for Cella Gallery’s exhibition Femme Fatale in North Hollywood.

The exhibition will present femme fatale as a symbol of female independence. More than 35 contemporary artists are included in the show, which explores how individual perceptions of feminine allure can be expressed through each artist’s specific genre.

The Illustration alumna has exhibited with Cannibal Flower, the Hive, WWA Gallery, Regent Galleries, the Grind Gallery, Gallery Meltdown, and more. She has also co-curated numerous exhibitions.

Bruckman is co-curating with Stephanie Chefas, founder and curator of the art website Platinum Cheese.

The exhibition is on view through March 17.
