Cowdrey's illustration for "Searching for the You We Adore"
Alumnus Richard Cowdrey (CCAD 1981) illustrated the recently published book Searching for the You We Adore, written by Valerie Westfall.
The children’s book celebrates parents’ love as they search the world for a child they dream of adopting. The illustrations represent the love of the parents as a red ribbon traveling the world. The reader will see anything from pandas in Asia to polar bears in Antarctica covering the pages.
The Illustration alumnus is known for his children’s book illustrations, including the New York Times #1 bestseller Bad Dog, Marley! He has worked with top publishers including Scholastic, Inc., Harper Collins, McGraw Hill, Penguin, and more.
