Send to KindleIllustration alumnus David Hartman (CCAD 1995) was nominated for an Emmy in the 39th Annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards for his work as the supervising director of Transformers: Prime.
Hartman was nominated in the category of Outstanding Directing in an Animated Program. He is competing against directors from other daytime shows including Penguins of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, and SpongeBob SquarePants.
Hartman has worked on other series and projects including Spider-Man, My Friends Tigger & Pooh, Stuart Little 3, and Jackie Chan Adventures. This is his second daytime Emmy nomination.
The Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards recognize outstanding achievement in all fields of daytime television production. This year’s gala will be held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, June 23, 2012, in Beverly Hills, CA.
