Alumna Shows Three-Dimensional Work in Group Exhibition

Brown’s work “Awareness, No. 1″

Illustration alumna Laurie Brown (CCAD 1994) is showing work in a group exhibition at the Mansion at Strathmore in Bethseda, MD.

Inform/Reform explores work that is made from repurposed and sustainable items. Brown, who creates three-dimensional works from paper, has four pieces in the show.

Strathmore provides educational programs for children and adults taught by professional artists and curators. The11-acre site has state-of-the-art gallery space, hosting more than two dozen art exhibits a year.
