Brian Williams’ illustration “Laughing Owl”
Work by Illustration alumnus and Adjunct Faculty Brian Williams (CCAD 2003) was featured in the August issue of Map Magazine, an arts and culture magazine based in Australia.
The August cover featured one of Williams’ drawings from his series Extinct Birds. The magazine included an interview where Williams described himself as “the sexiest Sasquatch-hunting art nerd you’ll ever meet.”
Extinct Birds features species that are each wearing clothing typical of the year they became extinct.
