Shannon Bonatakis’ exhibition opening Nov. 3
Illustration alumna Shannon Bonatakis (CCAD 2004) has a solo exhibition, Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, at Rivet, a designer toy and fine art gallery in the Short North, Columbus’ arts district, Nov. 3–Nov. 28.
According to her website, “Bonatakis engages her viewers using highly stylized and emotionally charged portraiture….Often autobiographical in some capacity, her paintings give us a candid window into the deep dark caverns of the artist’s psyche.”
