Adjunct professor and MFA candidate Liz Trapp was featured in the spring 2013 New American Paintings, which is the publication’s MFA Annual.

Trapp was one of 40 artists selected out of more than 1,000 submissions, to be featured in the periodical.

New American Paintings is a juried exhibition in print. There are six issues released a year, split by geographical regions, with the last one being an MFA Annual. The juror for this issue was Dominic Molon, chief curator at the Contemporary Art Museum in St. Louis.
