It’s a decades-long holiday tradition at the Pizzuti Companies—capping the year by gifting a mug featuring original artwork to business partners.
Considering Chairman and CEO Ron Pizzuti’s affinity for the arts (the Pizzuti Collection, a public gallery of Ron and wife Ann’s personal art collection, opened in September), it’s only fitting that the mugs feature the work of a new artist each year.
This year, a painting by Fine Arts alumna Laura Sanders (CCAD 1988) graces the mug. But Sanders is far from the first CCAD artist to appear: an impressive list of nine CCAD alumni (including MacArthur Fellow Aminah Robinson), faculty, and our very own president have had the honor of being featured on the Pizzuti mugs over the years.
