				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jerry Ulibarri (CCAD, &#8217;90) and his company <a href="http://www.kobolt.com/index.htm" target="_blank">Kobolt Studios</a> are applying  their mural painting skills to fixing a downtown Columbus building.</p>
<p>When  the pedestrian bridge that connected the City Center Mall to the former  Lazarus building was removed, a large hole was left in the marble saw  tooth façade above the storefront. Once the hole was filled with  pre-cast concrete  Ulibarri stepped in to paint the pre-cast to look  exactly like the marble.</p>
