ARTstor Digital Library
ARTstor contains over one million images covering all periods of art, architecture, and archeology, including contemporary art and design. With over 60 collections, ARTstor provides the capability to view and save images into a personal folder as well as make presentations. Users must register for ARTstor from an on-campus computer. (This resource is available only to current CCAD faculty, staff, and students.)
AskART is an online database containing over 120,000 artists from early 16th century through the present. Access information about artists' biographies, auction records, financial graphics, magazine ads (pre-1998), and images. Over 6,000 museums and dealers are also referenced.
Berg Fashion Library
A unique online portal which offers fully cross-searchable access to an expanding range of Berg content collections–including the Berg Encyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion online, e-books, reference works, images, and much more.
The CCAD Archives is a digital collection of historical images of the college. This growing collection on Flickr includes images of students, faculty and staff, classroom scenes, campus buildings, student work, and events.
Ohio Digital Resource Commons (DRC)
Ohio Digital Resource Commons (DRC) provides a robust, statewide platform for saving, discovering and sharing—free of charge—the instructional, research, historic and creative materials produced by the University System of Ohio and Ohio's private colleges. Communities in the DRC include: Art & Architecture, Educational and Instructional Videos, History & Archives, Member Content, OhioLINK Electronic Thesis and Dissertation Center, Science, and Social & Behavioral Sciences.
Oxford Art Online—images
Utilize digital images of the most frequently studied works of art within the Oxford Art Online database. Browse or search among 5,990 digital images (including art images, maps, architectural and line drawings) and 40,000 editorially-selected image links to museums and galleries around the world.
VADS is the online resource for visual arts. It has provided services to the academic community for 12 years and has built up a considerable portfolio of visual art collections comprising over 100,000 images that are freely available and copyright cleared for use in learning, teaching and research in the UK.
The Vogue Archive
The Vogue Archive contains the entire run of Vogue magazine (U.S. edition), from the first issue in 1892 to the current month, reproduced in high-resolution color page images. Every page, advertisement, cover and fold-out has been included, with rich indexing enabling you to find images by garment type, designer, and brand names.
