The CCAD Packard Library offers a wide range of books, eBooks, electronic resources, magazines & journals, movies, materials, digital images and easy access to additional materials through the statewide OhioLINK Consortium.

CCAD Archives

The CCAD Archives is a collection of anything related to the history of the college. The Archives features photos, school catalogs, newspaper articles, student publications, yearbooks, slides, negatives and many other items. A portion of the collection has been digitized and uploaded to Flickr and Facebook for anyone to view. Rare Books Collection

A collection of over 700 important and rare books and periodicals dating from the late 17th century to the present, with particularly strong holdings in printmaking, book arts, architecture, interior design, pattern and ornament, and the history of costume. http://ccad.libguides.com/special

Materials Library

The Materials Library provides tangible materials to support and inspire CCAD students and faculty members in the process of thinking, researching and creating art & design. The collection comprises eight categories: Polymers, Ceramics, Glass, Metals, Cement-based Materials, Natural Materials, Carbon-based Materials and Processes. The CCAD library also provides access to an online material database, Material ConneXion, which students and faculty can use to get access to detailed material descriptions, images, usage characteristics, and distributor and manufacturer contact information. http://ccad.libguides.com/MaterialsLibrary

Visual Resources Center

The Visual Resources Center (VRC) is dedicated to providing high-resolution, high-quality digital images to faculty and students, for use in classroom presentations and research. The VRC has created a local collection of scanned or photographed art images that may be accessed through an online database, ARTstor, along with millions of additional digital images from colleges and universities across the globe. http://ccad.libguides.com/ARTstorccad
