The student handbook and all other written CCAD policies are considered to be a part of the housing agreement. CCAD reserves the right to alter its policies when it deems necessary for the good of the students and the institution.
Students who violate these policies or other policies of the college or who otherwise engage in actions or activities in the residence halls that are illegal, that negatively impact the lives of residents, are unacceptable behaviors, or are disruptive to the peaceful and secure environment of residence life will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include dismissal from the residence hall or from the college.
Students should take special note regarding the prohibitions against the use of alcoholic beverages, the illegal use of drugs, and the proper behavior of guests.
