Lab & Classroom Safety

The health and safety of students, faculty, and staff are of primary concern at CCAD. Through faculty and staff oversight, we work to create the safest facilities, procedures and materials for making art.

Report a Problem

To ensure work areas remain safe, it is important that faculty, staff, and students report any concerns they have and/or safety issues they see. Use this form to report problems. The reports are confidential and you may request to remain anonymous.

If you see a safety issue that needs immediate attention contact the Safety & Security Office at 614.222.6165. (If there is an emergency call 911.)
