We need your help. When you hear of or encounter problems with technology on campus, please let us know! Often, people are too busy to report a problem and simply suffer in silence. But we can't fix what we are not aware of.
Since we're not living in your offices and classrooms, we're asking you to be our agents. Help us by reporting whenever something isn't working properly — don't assume we already know. For example, we don't see information students submit on Course Evaluations unless the faculty members share that info with us.

If you need help or have questions about campus computers, networks, phones or audio visual services, please contact the IT Help Desk in any of the following ways:
- Call 614.222.6174 (6174 from campus phones, including the house phones you'll find in most campus buildings)
- On campus? Submit support requests through the On Campus Help Desk System
Or just stop by!
- The IT Help Desk is located in Kinney Hall room 220. During regular semesters, the Help Desk is open weekdays, 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturdays.
