Technology Support Overview
CCAD’s Information Technology (IT) department supports systems and users of campus computers, networks, audio/visual resources, and telecommunication systems. If you have a question or problem with a computer, network, or phone, please Report the Problem to the IT Help Desk.

The IT Help Desk
The Help Desk can assist you with login issues, problems with equipment, and are regularly asked to provide guidance on everything from what kind of computer to buy to tips on creating secure passwords. Use the menu options to the left to find useful information based on frequently asked questions. Located in Kinney Hall, Room 220, the Help Desk is open Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 7:30 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
