Business Partnerships

Business Partnerships

Business partnerships provide CCAD students with practical applications of their skills and real-world work experiences. In turn, businesses and organizations receive valuable creative services—and employers gain the opportunity to work with potential employees.

These partnerships include:
Structured internships, providing on-the-job experience for students. A minimum of 120 hours is required, and the work experience must be relevant to the student’s studies.
Class projects involve CCAD classes hired to take on real-world projects.  In the past, these projects have resulted in product rollouts, marketing initiatives, and even mechanical creatures for theme parks.  The business partners typically defray the cost of project materials and fund monetary prizes, scholarships, and departmental support.
