Abijanac, assistant professor, Foundation Studies and Media Studies, teaches color concept, fundamentals of painting, and has collaborated in developing new content and pedagogy for advanced design for media. Martha Allison, assistant professor, chair, Interior Design, teaches junior and senior level studios, textiles, and materials and technology. Her professional design experience includes positions with Karlsberger Companies, NBBJ, Design Group, Inc., and Gresham Smith & Partners, as well as private consulting. She has extensive experience in interior design and project management for banks, health care, hospitals, retail companies, architectural, law, and accounting firms, and restaurants. Ron Anderson, adjunct instructor, Visual Communications teaches fashion design. He exhibits original oil paintings locally and in New York City, including the annual National Black Fine Arts show. He has been the recipient of many awards, and his commissions have included artwork for the Absolut Vodka Corporation and the Ohio Statehouse.  Charlotte Belland, associate professor, Animation and Graduate Studies, teaches computer animation, portfolio development, and design. Her work involves the development of CG animation curriculum that focuses on concept/craft and transparent technology. Carol Boram-Hays, adjunct instructor, Liberal Arts, teaches history of art survey, and upper level classes in modern art, contemporary art, and African art. She has published articles in African Arts, Modernism magazine and the book See The Music Hear the Dance: Rethinking African Art at the Baltimore Museum of Art. She curated the exhibition Bringing Modernism Home: Ohio Decorative Art 1890-1960 for the Columbus Museum of Art in 2005 and wrote the accompanying catalog. She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout the U.S and Europe, including with the National Association of Women Artists in New York, the A.I.R. Gallery in New York, and the Black and White Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. She has won several national and Ohio area awards, including an artist residency in Dresden, Germany from the Greater Columbus Arts Council.
