Each bedroom will contain the following:

    * Two beds
    • o If you have a wooden bedframe, you will have two large drawers underneath the mattress
    • o If you have a metal bedframe, you will be able to loft your bed, if desired, and store items underneath.
    • o Additionally, those bedrooms with metal bedframes will be provided with two free-standing dressers in each bedroom (one for each roommate)
    • o Your housing assignment letter will tell you if your bed has a wooden or metal frame
  • * One wardrobe to be shared by both roommates
  • * A long workdesk attached to the wall underneath the windows (2 ft in depth)
  • * Two metal lockboxes attached to a shelf underneath the workdesk (one for each roommate). You must supply your own padlock for your lockbox. Lockboxes are large enough to store a standard laptop in addition to other personal items.
  • * Two stools
  • * High-speed internet port for each occupant near the bedroom door
  • * One phone jack, with a line shared by all 4 occupants of the suite

You are welcome to bring an additional shelving/storage unit or comfortable chair. However, please note that you may not obstruct the window units or the pathway to the door. Also, your additional items may not infringe on the personal space of your roommate. Finally, nothing can be permanently attached or nailed into the walls of the room…all items must be freestanding or be able to be attached by tape that will not damage the surface of the walls (i.e. masking tape).

You and your roommate are also able to have a small refrigerator unit in your bedroom (one per bedroom only). It should be no larger than 4.0 cubic feet. Also, you may have one microwave that is shared by all 4 suite occupants. Please coordinate with your roommates regarding who will be bringing which appliances.
