Regular Parking Pass

The cost for a regular parking pass is $120 for the academic year.

Students using a regular parking pass may park in any campus lots designed for students, except for the overnight parking lot.

Student using this pass must vacate all campus lots by 2:00 a.m. each evening, and may not return to the lot until 6:00 a.m. the following day. Violators will be ticketed and risk having their car towed after multiple violations.

Overnight Parking Pass

The cost for an overnight parking pass is $620 for the academic year ($120 for the regular parking pass, and $500 for overnight privileges).

Payment for the overnight parking pass must be made by cash, check, or charge.  Financial aid funds cannot be used to pay for the pass unless you have a credit on your CCAD account after tuition and fees have been deducted for the term.

The location for overnight parking is the fenced-in lot on the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Gay Street.  If demand exceeds that area, we may designate spots in other lots.  Only designated overnight parking spaces can be used for overnight parking, and those who choose to purchase an overnight parking pass can only park in those dedicated spaces day or night.  However, we will only sell as many overnight passes as we have dedicated spaces for overnight parking.

The lot will not be monitored 24 hours a day.  There is a high barbed-wire fence surrounding the designated lot, but the access gate into the lot from Cleveland Ave. will remain open 24 hours a day.  Security staff will periodically patrol this area as they do the rest of campus, but no one will be stationed there fulltime.
 
When you receive your statement of tuition and fees for the fall semester (typically sent in early July), a parking pass registration form will be included. Please return this completed form, with payment, to the address below to request a parking pass for next year. Please be aware that you must pay for your parking pass with cash, check, or charge when you register for the pass.

You can also contact Student Services at 614-222-3295 to charge the amount to a credit card, if desired.  If you have returned your completed parking pass registration form with payment before August 1, your parking pass will be mailed to you. If registering after this date, your parking pass will be available for pick-up at the Security Office (Administration Building) at the beginning of the semester. No pass will be provided until payment is received.
