- Send all web updates (including changes you’d like made to your faculty bio) via email.
- Use the this form to send news items.
NOTE: News posted to CCAD's site is news about the college and professional news about CCAD faculty, staff, students, and alumni—e.g. awards & honors, exhibitions, published articles, poems & books.
Submitting Student Artwork for the Web & Print
We need regular infusions of fresh examples of the best student work! This is a very important marketing tool for recruiting new students.
|Who can submit student artwork?|
With approval from a department chair or dean, any faculty can submit student artwork for use on the web or in print.
|How many images do you want?|
As many as you want to send. We need at least 10, but can have up to 50 images on each major’s student work page. If you send more than 50, we'll save some to refresh the images later in the year.
|;||What format & size do you want?|
|JPG, TIFF, or PSD files, ideally we’d like to see images around 300 dpi (resolution), with the document size approximately 5 x 7 inches.|
|How do you want me to send the files?|
Burn a disc (CD or DVD) or place them on a flash drive and give to Lacey Luce (either send via interoffice mail or deliver to second floor of Canzani Center).
|Do you need information about the images?|
|Yes, if available, please include as much info as possible—i.e. title, student name, class year (i.e. expected year of graduation), major. Please, do not put all that info in the title of the jpg. A separate document is ideal.|
|Why do you want such big files?|
We are asking for large files so that they can also be used for college print pieces.
|Do I have to send files to Design Group and Web Managment?|
|No, send them to Web Management, and we'll make a copy for Design Group.|
