Join us for our second installment of CCAD Knows UX, where we talk with UX professionals about areas that can be a challenge in the process of human-centered design. In this upcoming webinar we’ll welcome two UX professionals from Columbus’s own ZoCo Design, a UX and product design studio for customer-centric software companies. We’ll discuss how to best get actionable insights from research—insights that lead to successful design. This conversation will cover useful tools to help identify patterns in research findings that lead to solid analyzation and, ultimately, great design recommendations.
