The Institute for Creative Leadership at Work (ICLW), a collaborative initiative between Capital University and Columbus College of Art & Design, will host a compelling panel discussion on creative leadership, exploring themes such as leading across generations, virtual leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The event will feature esteemed speakers and industry experts, including Marcie Merriman, EY Americas Cultural Insights & Customer Strategy Leader; Larry English, CEO & Co-founder of Centric Consulting; and Erik Farley, Chief People, Equity, & Inclusion Officer at YMCA of Central Ohio. Each speaker will deliver insights based on their specialized knowledge before coming together for a panel discussion on fostering creative leadership within the workplace. Attendees will gain actionable strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and cultivate a more inclusive work environment.

Capital University is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification. Participants will earn two PDCs upon attending. Due to limited capacity, early registration is strongly encouraged.
