Andrew Havens teaches advertising history, marketing and introductory business. With more than 20 years marketing experience, Havens attempts to bring together different pieces of the marketing picture—detail and strategy, creativity and business, design and words. Havens has worked in retail marketing, business-to-business, and the nonprofit sector and is currently the branding and creative services manager at OCLC. Havens is the co-author of Sharing, Privacy and Trust in Our Networked World, a book-length research report on the use of social networking and social media among librarians and the general population.
