Jason Jourdan is a seasoned creative professional and storyteller who is an award-winning designer, copywriter, and brand strategist. Jourdan worked for several national and local advertising and marketing firms. Jourdan successfully branded The Capital University MBA program and served as a team leader in the development of Chase Bank’s co-marketing promotions program with partners like Target, Sony, Disney, and Best Buy. In 2005, Jourdan founded creative services company, Novella Creative. He went on to develop brand and promotional strategies for a number of clients including Durango Boots for footwear giant, Rocky Brands. He also conceived and implemented the Georgia Boot Racing NASCAR program in partnership with Sprint Cup Champion, Kevin Harvick. He most recently led the branding campaign efforts for Union County, Ohio. Jourdan is also an accomplished children's illustrator. He has illustrated books in the popular PBS Kids series as well as "Moshi Monsters" for Penguin Books. Jason has also worked with a number of studios to produce art for Nickelodeon book titles including “Backyardigans” and “Lazy Town.” Jourdan attended the Columbus College of Art & Design and has since returned to teach graphic design as a member of its adjunct faculty. Jourdan is currently writing and illustrating his first book for children.
