More specifically she investigates the molecular cues and cellular mechanisms of nervous system development and how the disruption of these processes can result in the onset of disease in the brain and motor neurons. BS in biology, Muskingum University, 1997; MS in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology, Ohio State University, 2003; PhD in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology, Ohio State University, 2004.
