Wendy Chrisman teaches writing and the arts, American literature and literary studies. Chrisman’s research interests include cultural studies, medical humanities, and mental health narratives. Chrisman is a former lecturer at Ohio State University’s Nisonger Center. Chrisman's publications and collaborations have appeared in Kairos, Prose Studies, Disability Studies Quarterly, Lore: The Stairwell and Radical Relevance. Chrisman is a member of the Modern Language Association, Rhetoric Society of America, Society of Disability Studies and Accessible Technology Coalition.
