Susan is the AVP of Financial Aid and Registration. She works directly with the Financial Aid team to
handle all facets dealing with student aid. In addition, she oversees the Registrar’s and Admissions
Operations offices, supporting each team and ensuring that the offices serve our students as efficiently
and effectively as possible.

Susan has worked in higher education since 1994, spending most of that time in various roles within
financial aid offices. She began her career in Ann Arbor, Michigan but moved to the central Ohio area to
work at Columbus State Community College. After a brief time there, she advanced into a new role at
Denison University. Susan then served as the Financial Aid Director and, subsequently, the Assistant Vice
President of Enrollment Services at Capital University. Susan also spent time as the President of OASFAA,
the Ohio Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, is a frequently requested presenter
throughout the central Ohio area and is passionate about demystifying the financial aid process that
often creates roadblocks for students.
