FAQ
Can I submit items that are not suggested for sale at Ampersand?
Yes, CCAD will consider additional items that are not listed. Items available in multiples fit the store environment best. Please be aware that Ampersand Emporium has limited space and sells CCAD SWAG alongside snacks and grocery items. As such, high-end products and individual pieces of artwork may not be appropriate for this venue. CCAD will keep a running list of submissions for consideration for a future version of the store that may incorporate more fine art. We thank you for understanding.
Who decides what work will be sold?
CCAD has created a committee of faculty and staff experts to review all submissions and select new items for the school store.
When will I know if my work was accepted?
The review committee meets twice a semester. We appreciate your patience in awaiting a response.
How many items will be added each semester?
As Ampersand Emporium is a new project for CCAD (and we are limited in space) we can only accept a limited number of new products. We will definitely consider all submissions.
If I applied to sell at the CCAD Art Fair, am I automatically considered for Ampersand Emporium?
No, if you are interested in selling your items at Ampersand Emporium, please apply.
What are the store hours?
Currently, the store is not open during traditional hours. It is open for special campus events throughout the summer. Click here to view the Ampersand store hours.
Can CCAD faculty and staff members sell work at the store?
We may open submissions to students, faculty, and staff in the future. For the time being, CCAD is working to incorporate CCAD Alumni in Ampersand Emporium.
