You can't wait to get here.
And we can't blame you. That's why we're thrilled to offer College Credit Plus.
If you're a college-ready student in grades 7-12, the College Credit Plus program allows you to take college classes on CCAD's campus — and simultaneously earn high school and college credit. At little to no cost to you, you can learn from industry leaders in fields ranging from animation to photography.
To apply for the program, first talk to your school counselor. Then, fill out an application at ccad.slideroom.com, making sure to include a letter of recommendation, a digital portfolio that includes three or four pieces of your best artwork and a 500-word personal statement about why you want to attend CCAD.
If you're a public school student, your tuition and fees will be covered, and we work with school districts to make sure you'll have the software you'll need, too. The only thing you may be responsible for is supplemental supplies and materials, which typically range from $100 to $200 per class.
If you're a private school or homeschooled student, you can apply to the Ohio Department of Education to receive funding to underwrite your costs or elect to enroll without state support.
