SIX STRINGS CONCERTS PRESENTS Abby Posner and Lizzie No

Doors open at 7 p.m.
Abby Posner
Putting passion and soul into everything she does. Abby Posner has been a working musician in Los Angeles for the past 18+ years. She is best known for her ability to play nearly any instrument that she can get her hands on, twisting genres, and pushing the boundaries of folk, roots, electronic, and pop music, making her “Genre Fluid.” Abby puts passion and soul into everything she does, and her live shows are simply mesmerizing. Her songs range from intimate, haunting folk songs, to upbeat festival/dance your pants off hits.
Lizzie No
Sublime lyricism, raw unfiltered emotion, and an unrivaled voice. Lizzie No is a folk-rock band, a singer-songwriter, guitarist, harpist, and a revolutionary artist in the Black Womanist tradition. You could say that she makes “Americana” music, in that her work pulls from the rhythms and traditions of blues, folk, and country, not unlike the artists to whom she’s most often compared: Allison Russell, Rhiannon Giddens, and Adia Victoria. Rolling Stone named Lizzie one of their "Future 25" artists of the year.
