Admitted students

Congrats on your acceptance to Columbus College of Art & Design.

Our graduates excel as professionals and leaders throughout the world, creating forward-thinking, award-winning and culture-changing ideas. As a CCAD student, you’ll become part of this powerful creative network, and we can’t wait to welcome you to campus.

So, what's it like at CCAD?

In a word: inspiring. In two words: fantastically weird. Visit the campus and meet some of your new classmates at Admitted Students Day, an event for incoming students held every spring.

What's it like learning in Columbus?

Small enough to make influential connections. Large enough to experience world-class talent and ideas.

What's there to do after class?

Snap pictures of the ART sign. (It has zero bad angles.) Take a ride to the Short North for Gallery Hop. Bus fare is free for students. Play foosball or binge on coffee (coffeeee!) at the Crane Center. Meet local artists and designers at Franklinton's 400 West Rich, an old factory turned art warehouse. Campus costume dance party. Enough said. Get inspired by attending a lecture or viewing art at the Beeler Gallery. Contemporary giants are here constantly. Plus, our next-door neighbor is the Columbus Museum of Art.

What should I do next?

Besides telling as many people as possible on a group text? (It's cool when it's good news.) Reach out to us on social using #MyCCAD
