Life on campus includes more than unique places to live and interesting food options. It offers a wide range of student services designed to help you, as well as organizations and events to inspire you, and galleries to motivate you. Everything you need as a person and a creative. It’s all here for you.

At CCAD, life in a residence hall or campus apartment is about more than just shelter and nourishment. It’s about connecting students to campus and each other. Living on campus means shared meals, spontaneous collaboration, and friendships that start in the hallway and last far beyond graduation. It’s a built-in creative community where inspiration is always close, and support is never far away.

Schottenstein Residence Hall

Schottenstein Residence Hall is where your first year begins, as it's exclusively home to first-year students. Students live in shared double rooms that balance independence with connection. Modern, comfortable, and just steps from your studios, the hall also features a fitness center on the ground floor so you can recharge between classes.

Design Square Apartments

Design Square Apartments is CCAD’s modern, apartment-style residence created for returning students ready for more independence. Located in the heart of campus, it offers light-filled apartments with private bedrooms, shared living spaces, a dining area, and a kitchenette that gives you the flexibility to live, work, and create on your own terms. The lower level connects you directly to the dining hall and the Ampersand supply store, so meals and materials are always just steps away.

What you need. Within reach.

"Campus services" doesn’t say enough—CCAD delivers the support, security, and convenience students need to thrive.
