Calvin Olsen holds a PhD in Communication, Rhetoric, & Digital Media from NC State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Boston University. He is an internationally published poet and award-winning literary translator (from Portuguese), and his work has appeared in The Adroit Journal, AGNI, The London Magazine, Poetry Scotland, and World Literature Today, among many others. His work has been supported by the Robert Pinsky Global Fellowship, the American Literary Translators Association, and the Greater Columbus Arts Council.
