Mackenzie is an experienced design researcher and thinker, strategist, and problem solver with over twenty years of professional experience. Graduating with an Industrial Design degree from OSU in '02, her career spans both corporate and agency environments where she has led design, research, and strategy teams focused on assisting clients in understanding their customers in their efforts to create ideal experiences and services. With her keen ability to bridge user needs with business objectives, Mackenzie excels in aligning stakeholders, shaping priorities, and fostering design innovation.

Currently, she leads a global UX team at Ford, focusing on the end-to-end Dealer, Service Advisor, and Tech experiences.

In addition to her professional commitments, Mackenzie is involved in Pelotonia as a lead volunteer, bike rider, and fundraiser, and assists in her family’s farm operation in the Hocking Hills.
