Full Time Ape
Adam Ellan
When creating Full Time Ape, I wanted to capture all of my favorite aspects of animation into one film and to nail it all together. I'm really proud of the final product. Meet the ambitious star of Full Time Ape, a driven gorilla determined to climb his way to the very top of the corporate tower. As he scales the corporate tower, he loses himself in the hyper-focused pursuit of becoming CEO. He relentlessly follows his dreams and successfully claims the corner office at the peak of his career. Yet, standing at the summit, he finds himself unhappy.

Stardust
Susana Antunes
“We are all made of stardust.” It's a phrase that has always inspired me since I was a young artist. Earth's framework is built on an uncountable number of dying stars, some million miles away. I find it beautiful that life is connected by that interstellar tragedy and wanted to emulate that feeling in my film. We follow the relationship between a star-alien and life on Earth, showing what “being made of stardust” means in my final CCAD film, “Stardust”.

Beauty is Pain
Ben Williams’ collection explores the tension between beauty and discomfort, drawing inspiration from the idea of skin falling away to reveal what lies beneath. Through sculptural forms and dramatic silhouettes, the work transforms a visceral concept into something both striking and elegant—demonstrating a deep commitment to craftsmanship and conceptual design.

CRY BOY CRY
Aspen Grazier’s collection examines high-femme identity as a powerful and transgressive force, challenging traditional perceptions of beauty and gender expression. Drawing from fashion history and subversive cultural references, the work celebrates visibility, resistance, and joy—encouraging individuals to take up space unapologetically.

The Promotion
Jane Steele
The Promotion was created during the second semester of my sophomore year, and was my first opportunity to make a longer animation entirely of my own design. I wanted to create an absurd satire of American work culture by sending a character on an increasingly strange and treacherous quest for a slight paycheck bump. I intentionally left a lot of details unexplained or intentionally misleading to add to the absurdity of the setting. The horror isn't all that he has to go through, it's the fact that he can't afford to give up.
