The students partnered with peers from Ball State University and participated in a number of events, including the longest glass drip and a flameworking event where they were given borosilicate glass and had to take turns making the tallest structure they could in 20 minutes via torch working.

In the end, CCAD came in 7th place in the competition. And they came in 2nd for favorite trophies. (Prior to the competition, students from all 14 schools made glass trophies. The CCAD Glass Club made a Sriracha bottle trophy that was quickly scooped up by #2 Kent State.)
