Mission-driven media company Aha Media and CCAD have partnered to develop coursework that prepares students for creative careers. Students collaborate with animation studio professionals, providing real production support on a film and earning production credit. This hands-on experience equips students with skills necessary for creative careers.

COLUMBUS, Ohio—Columbus College of Art & Design has launched Here for Change: A Campaign for The CCAD Way, a $20 million comprehensive campaign that will significantly support student scholarships, faculty excellence and student success, and campus enhancements.

On September 13, 2023, Columbus College of Art & Design full-time and adjunct faculty informed the college of their intention to unionize. The union representing them, Ohio Federation of Teachers, has filed a petition seeking an election to be administered by the National Labor Relations Board.
