Evangelia Philippidis is an award winning editorial and commercial illustrator and graphic designer. Philippidis was the editorial features illustrator for the Columbus Dispatch for 22 years. Her work has appeared in some of the most prestigious newpapers in the country including the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, LA times and Anchorage Daily News. Her work is heavily inspired by her Greek heritage and her advocacy for social justice and is part of the permanent collections at the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago, Ill. and the Martin De Porres World Outreach Center on the campus of Ohio Dominican University. She is an author and illustrator of children's books featuring her favorite subjects, dogs and the wonder and whimsy of nature.
