As Annual Giving Specialist on CCAD’s Development team, Kristina Rawson focuses the majority of her time on annual giving plans and execution. In addition to annual giving, Rawson assists the college, academic and administrative departments, and faculty in the grant writing and reporting process. Rawson brings five years of nonprofit management, development, and leadership to her new role with CCAD. She earned a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Ohio Dominican University and a master's degree in Art History from The University of York, UK.
As the Annual Giving Specialist, Rawson is responsible for developing a strategy that increases annual giving support and cultivates donors for continued giving. She identifies grant opportunities that align with CCAD’s current and future priorities and stewards the grant procurement process from research to reporting and stewardship. Rawson also utilizes established fundraising best-practices to increase annual giving and relies on donor trend data and prospect analytics to drive decisions. She works with campus partners to develop meaningful engagement opportunities for key constituencies and ensures timely and consistent donor communication.
