Natalie Parscher
United States
As Associate Vice President for Marketing & Communications, Natalie Parscher leads the development and execution of strategic marketing and communications efforts that support and further CCAD’s goals for enrollment, fundraising, and brand awareness and engagement. She is focused on creating brand and marketing strategies that advance the college’s mission of helping students unleash their creative power to shape culture and commerce for the better.
Parscher has held numerous leadership roles in philanthropic, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. Previously, she served as Vice President for Communications and Marketing at The Columbus Foundation, a philanthropic financial services organization, where she modernized marketing and communications strategies and spearheaded community-wide fundraising and engagement campaigns that drew record-breaking support for Central Ohio nonprofits.
Prior to The Columbus Foundation, Natalie served as a marketing strategist for The Ohio State University, where she led multi-functional teams to achieve development, enrollment, and community engagement goals. A natural puzzle-solver, she looks for ways her teams can operate more efficiently in order to produce their best work.
Across her positions runs a common thread that emphasizes community engagement and stakeholder experience as a primary pathway to growing brand affinity and increasing revenue. A strong believer that an organization’s brand and its culture are two sides of the same coin, Parscher looks for ways to ensure the values of an institution are reflected in its marketing and believes that the best brands have authentic ambassadors in their team members.
